And I KNOW we fixed that and changed i to this, but the issue here is that the netProfit now shows for example -200$, but the actuall deduct amount is -1200, because 1000$ is debt repayment per day. So yeah, very confusing, and if we add that to the expense like before : So here, it was working well, because we avoided the problem of taxing the loan as well as loan repayment reducing the taxes . So it was all good haha, but now issue again. We have to cound it but we cannot tax it, one way or another, and because of the structure , the Banktick happens way before any market changes, but the tax tick is at the end of the turn to calculate all event...

Devlog #46 - HubSystem - CreatNewHub added, HubBuild Ui + INdustrySystem Update - -INdustryTierData to be combined with the IndustryData and IndustryState struct -

  *****HubSystem added CreateNewHub + code refactoring- added HubBuild UI -  IndustrySystem update, code refactoring and code/base/database upgrade, fixing spaghetti - Code Refactoring***** HubSystem  - Again, yeah i know! But now I added CreateNewHub, and done some code refactoring. Lets dig in! From UI the necessary data now is cityIndex, and type, which as we said is frmo Enum and HubType scriptable object.    So basically same as for upgrade, only this time we are doing something else. Ghost. yes. So i thought how can we apply the same -1 tick for timer for upgrade, now for construction.. Where? How? i didnt have clear idea, but i thought wait, what if we create a hub, but dont show it , so simply add bool isUnderConstruction = true, and if it is, dont show it and cant be used.!   ****AssetSystem-created and fully implemented,Upgraded LoanSystem, fixed bugs,storeSystem, MarketSystem(classified game design hah).TruckSystem balanced fuel consumption, extra costs-crosscity, fixed major bug with assigning product, Balancing products prices and other stuff in excel**** AssetSystem Design: Using more less the same structure that we used before. So we assign the variable values to each of the assets ,buildings, money etc. then we go through them all each turn and calculate their total value.That was theoriginal idea, and it did work, so in the accounting tab it shows total assets. perfect!  But, I thought ok, what if i wanna know exactly which assets i have, like, what percentage of assets is cash, or goods that i have in warehouses or stores? or industry assets?
